These Terms of Use govern the general principles regarding the use of the website operated by Tres Teknoloji A.Ş. and the cloud services provided. By visiting the site or using the services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. This text is in the nature of a general template, and it is recommended that it be reviewed by your legal advisor before entering into force.
In these terms, 'the Company' refers to Tres Teknoloji A.Ş., 'the User' refers to the natural or legal person who visits the site or benefits from the services, and 'the Service' refers to the cloud and infrastructure services provided by the Company. These terms are also an integral annex to the service agreement concluded.
The User agrees to use the Services in accordance with the applicable legislation, public morality and these terms. It is prohibited to use the Services for the purpose of hosting illegal content, infringing the rights of third parties, distributing malware, or endangering the security of the infrastructure.
All text, images, logos, software and design elements on the site, together with the trademarks 'Tres', 'Threat.live', 'Logchase', 'NetWaf', 'Identio' and 'MailGuard', belong to the Company or the relevant rights holders. Copying, reproducing or distributing this content without the written permission of the Company is prohibited.
The availability and continuity of the services are defined in the separately published Service Level Agreement (SLA) document. The Company carries out planned maintenance work by giving prior notice; planned maintenance periods are not included in the availability calculation.
The Company provides the Services to the maximum extent permitted by legislation. The Company cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the User's own fault, its failure to fulfill its backup obligation, or third-party services. The Company's total liability is limited to the fee for the relevant service period.
The fees for paid services are calculated on the basis of the selected package and usage and are invoiced under the conditions specified in the concluded agreement. In the event that the payment obligation is not fulfilled, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Use. The current version enters into force on the date it is published and is kept accessible on the site. The User's continued use of the service means acceptance of the current terms.
Turkish law applies to the interpretation and implementation of these terms. The Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes that may arise from these terms.
